Delivery Options:

We offer standard delivery services at an additional cost for prop rentals to
the address provided during the reservation process.


Delivery Timeframe:

  • Props will typically be delivered a day or more before the event date to allow sufficient time for setup.
  • The exact delivery timeframe will be communicated during the reservation confirmation.


Receiving the Props:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer or their designated representative to be present to receive the props at the scheduled delivery time.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging/communicating the return shipping of props on or before the agreed-upon return date.
  • All props must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to facilitate a smooth collection process.


Props Rental Company Returns & Refunds Policy:

Returns are accepted within a specified timeframe as communicated during the quotation process.


Condition of Returned Props:

Props must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Any damages or alterations may affect in an additional fee.


Notification of Issues:

Customers must promptly notify us of any damages or discrepancies with the props upon their return, providing detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence.


Non-Refundable Fees:

Certain fees, such as delivery charges or non-refundable deposits, may not be eligible for a refund. Details will be provided during the reservation process.
